I opened up my comment options a bit. Use "other" and you can sign your name to it without having a Blogger account. You can't enable "other" without also enabling anonymous, so we'll see how it goes.

I figured I was missing some people. I turned it off originally to get rid of the spam, but now that word verification is on, I should be ok with opening this up again.
