All but one

I have been working away at changing my email address to a new address I set up. I've been through every website and newsletter I can think of, and I am down to one remaining site that needs to be changed. Ironically, it is, the very company who is shutting down my address and making me go through all this hassle in the first place. Their website is horrible and has no noticeable way to change my username (which is currently my old email). Even help/FAQ did not yield any answers. I sat on the phone for at least 30 minutes trying to talk to someone, then gave up and decided to email instead.
