Points of confusion

1) Is Mare on crack today?

2) Still somewhat confused as to the nature of PROJECT HOT COP

3) Still don't understand why PROJECT HOT COP has to be spelled out in caps

4) Who is Heather and why is she a rear admiral?

5) Don't ruin Top Gun for me. They're all straight.

6) What in hell are "chillycinos"?

7) How many people are reading this blog anyway?

1. not so much, contrary to popular belief

2. trolling for hot cops! come on, it's self-evident. there are over half a dozen girls from work who want to go out on friday to find hot cops.

3. actually, it has since been renamed OPERATION HOT COP. i don't know why the caps either, it just has caps.

4. heather is h to the izzo, indeed, from work. she and rhonda together are the gay divorcees. she is an instigator of OPERATION HOT COP as is martha.

5. yes, sure. and i'm a nun.

6. yummy iced cappucino from java moose. except they give you brain freeze.

7. a bunch, it would seem. but hard to tell.

But I was told by reliable sources not to date cops. I am told to choose firemen instead. That's the one thing that I think actually would piss off my ex... mwwwwhhhaaaaa!

in addition, they give out naval ranks when you become a teacher. i'm an able seaman.

:D

sorry. it's the random crack again. i'm trying to avoid hemming my pants.

If firemen are getting all the ladies, and I'm a lady (yes, I AM) then where's my fireman, huh? I don't even have a pale wormy designer to call my own :(

Ok, the cold pair of khakis comment is making a lot more sense to me now. Funny!

Definitely step away from the HOT COPS. Yes they are pretty and nice to have at your side, but trust me... they are NOT worth your trouble. Not worth it at all. Single though some of them may be... the single ones are even scarier! Most are married or committed though. HA committed my ***!!! Take it from me... HOT COPS are the worstest kind of trouble. Plus... the side effect of HOT COPS is that everyone in the city knows your business - fire dept, emt's, comm centre, etc etc etc. It's bad. Don't do it. That's today's lesson.

Further to the difficulties with OPERATION HOT COP... I believe one of the premises was looking for richies? Umm... the avg constable makes about the same amount as the avg teacher. Sorry to burst that bubble! Their salaries are pretty much on par with the teaching ranks. Sigh. Just thought I should mention that since of course rich men are definitely far more desirable. Hehe!

cyn's overthinking PROJECT HOT COP. i think most of the ladies are looking for somewhat, euhm, less than a permanent relationship.

Liz - I am a co-worker of Scum...had to comment on your Cop vs. Fireman (since I am married to a Fireman). Like Cyn said, if you get involved with a Cop or Fireman, the whole town KNOWS ALL OF YOUR BUSINESS. It is rather amusing at times - you can't get away with anything (I will never be able to have an affair without getting caught, LOL!) But Fireman beat Cops - no question. Fireman are more sensitive and caring...

if you're involved with a doctor the whole town knows your business too. whereas if you're involved with a military man, it's all "secret squirrel" stuff... but then, it's all about the "medals".

heather is now a petty signals officer. she has been demoted as she needs to work on recognizing signals. ;)

Oh definitely not overthinking it... if I'm going to be wined and dined it's going to be proper. None of this McD's crap. Hehe

Yeah but I'm not into gourmet food... HEAR THAT MEN: I don't need fancy dinners nor do I wear jewelry. Think about it.

29, thanks for the comments :D

Definitely firemen over cops. But I also like to remain anonymous citizen and I tend to speed so I think it may be safe for me to stay away from both categories.

Your blog can be a surreal read, at times. Okay, most times.
